Marin, Barrett, and Murphy Law Firm is seeking a highly responsible and detail-oriented Inbound Call Representative to join our teamIn this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, greeting them warmly and directing them to the appropriate partyYou will provide support for the lawyers and staff, performing administrative duties and managing incoming callsThis is a fully remote role, and you must be able to work effectively from home.Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service by answering inbound calls and directing them to the correct person Take and relay messages as necessary Greet visitors on the phone warmly and make them feel comfortable Perform a variety of administrative duties such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents Perform client callbacks Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred 2

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
