This role is responsible for providing professional customer service to manufacturer representatives, customers and end-users.
This person will answer inbound calls, process orders and quotes and provide administrative support as needed.
This position will be based in Cranston, RI and will report to the Customer Service Manager.
Responsibilities:
Adequately and efficiently process high volume orders Consult with customers on current and past orders Answer inbound phone calls Research and resolve customer inquiries and complaints Process and enter in-coming orders and returns Perform other miscellaneous tasks and projects assigned by the Customer Service Manager Requirements:
High school diploma 2
years of customer service experience Previous customer service experience in manufacturing a plus Excellent typing skills Excellent grammar, verbal, written and data entry skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Who you are:
