Project Manager - Construction DESCRIPTIONThe qualified Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing construction projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope.
They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
ResponsibilitiesManaging project construction teams on multiple projectsAssisting business development and estimating in developing new project and clientsParticipation in project interviews and presentationsManaging client relations and providing exceptional serviceDeveloping bid package scopes of workSubcontract negotiations and awardsMaterial procurement / submittal managementChange order managementDeveloping and updating of project schedulesProject payment applicationsPreparing project financial projections, cash flows and monthly reportsReporting project status to management teamManaging project close outAssisting the estimating departmentPre-Construction Management Contact:
