As a Part-Time Assistant (10-15 hours), you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our legal team, regardless of your work location.
The primary responsibilities will include effective calendar management using virtual calendar software for our five lawyers and handling outbound calls to clients with outstanding balances.

Calendar Management:
Efficiently manage the legal team's calendar using virtual calendar software.
Coordinate and schedule appointments, court dates, and deadlines.
Monitor and update the team on upcoming events and tasks.
Client Collections:
Conduct outbound calls to clients with outstanding balances.
Professionally communicate with clients to discuss payment options and resolve payment-related issues.
Keep detailed records of all communication and follow-up actions.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Previous experience as an assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in using virtual calendar software.
Comfortable making outbound calls and handling client interactions.
Basic understanding of legal procedures and terminology is a plus.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
