o Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
o Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospects.
o Describe all optional equipment available for customer purchase.
o Build strong rapport with customers.
o Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new/used vehicles.
o Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards.
o Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analysisJob Requirements o Valid driver's license o Pass background test o Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and information o A fast learner with excellent oral and written communication skills o Excellent Customer Skills o Must be a Team Player o Maintain a neat, clean and orderly work stationSkills/Qualifications o General knowledge of automobiles o Good Communication and basic Computer skills o Good Mathematical and Reading skills o Ability to learn new vehicle offerings o Ability to learn Sales techniques and procedures o Follow our proven process for success o Proof of excellence in Sales and Customer SatisfactionWork Remotely NoJob Type:
