The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
This is a part-time position.
Duties - Perform general office tasks, responding to emails, and managing correspondence - Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Assist with data entry and record keeping, proficient in Excel - Provide customer support and address inquiries or concerns - Assist with organizing and maintaining office files and documents Experience - Previous experience in an office setting or similar role preferred - Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Experience with data entry and record keeping If you are a proactive individual with excellent organizational skills and a strong attention to detail, we would love to hear from you.
