Duties include, but are not limited to:
Processing bi-weekly payroll cycles and managing benefit accruals through the ADP Workforce Now platform Disseminating and collecting programmatic payroll summaries and revising them on a regular basis to ensure continuity Regularly running ADP financial reports related to payroll expenses Assisting with annual payroll reconciliation and monthly payroll journal entries Ensures continuity between ADP, enrollment portals, and physical personnel files Overseeing enrollment and maintenance of employee health and dental plans Organizing and submitting annual 1095C and 1094C information.
Participating in agency annual Open Enrollment process Coordinating COBRA offers and monthly collections Maintaining ongoing communication with both the Accounts Payable Department and Accounts Receivable Department Acting as intermediary between SRI and 403b plan investment group Preparing and communicating information regarding 403b IRS Form 5500 Preparing documents for the Section 125 Plan Supporting the finance team through various agency audits Completing other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor and assisting with appropriate projects as requested by the Executive Director EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Minimum of three (3) years' experience in payroll and benefit management (advanced knowledge of ADP Workforce Now a plus), and strong PC skills including intermediate to advanced Excel capacity.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
