Contact Center Service Specialist I responds to routine incoming customer calls/requests regarding account activity and account related
in conformance with policy, procedures and service quality standards
Provides superior customer service and solutions in an efficient manner and timeframe
Offers appropriate sales options and recognizes cross sell opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and enhance customer relationship
Processes transactions; accurately recording and updating actions and outcomes against customer records
Participates in regular training and briefing activities to ensure ongoing awareness of changes in products and services
Under close supervision, performs tasks that are routine in nature
Strong customer service focus with the ability to resolve routine customer complaints. Increase customer relationship through cross selling products & services
Accurately complete all customer follow-up work
Maintain knowledge of products, services, and promotions
Achieve set business line goals. Adherence to schedule

Ability to recognize sales opportunities to enhance customer relationship
Goal driven with a desire to exceed sales and productivity goals.

High School or Equivalent preferred
1 + years Sales abilities/experience, basic
experience, financial background, customer service experience preferred but not required

Hours and Work Schedule

Work Schedule:┬ ┬ ┬ Various 1st shift┬ schedules available; would include 1 weekend day.┬

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
