As Digital Banking Product Manager you‚EUR(TM)ll help support the next generation of online and mobile banking
services
for millions of consumers like you.¬ You‚EUR(TM)ll be
responsible
for supporting the strategy and product set while maintaining the outstanding customer experience that garnered Citizens Bank the 2012 and 2013 award for ‚EURoeHighest Rated Smartphone App‚EUR based on average consumer rating by Javelin Strategy & Research.
This critical role will assist in the development of the multi-year online and mobile strategy, implementation of emerging banking capabilities.¬ You‚EUR(TM)ll partner with Online & Mobile banking product managers, subject matter experts, contact center colleagues, user experience/design teams, analytics teams, and technical resources to implement and manage the digital strategy.
Research and analyze the Online & Mobile industry, with a focus on emerging technologies, to determine key trends that will inform future product features
Provides insights into innovation and competition trends through an extensive industry network of direct personal relationships
Adept at synthesizing a variety of technologies and capabilities into high quality and easy to use mobile products that users love
Lead the evolution and approval of the long term vision for the online channels of all regions, segments and product families, and making decision on strategic investments
Lead major mobile/online customer programs, and experience with significant platform/product redesign definitions and launches
Manage Online & Mobile Banking Product Teams, ensuring team is delivering against project goals, penetration, activation and enrollment goals
Create detailed business and functional requirements in collaboration with cross functional business teams

Qualifications
BS/BA in business, technology or equivalent experience
5-10 years Mobile and/or emerging technology product management experience for multi-channel financial institution or service company
Proven ability to support and influence cross-functional teams
Solid comfort level with Mobile, Web, device and payment technologies and ecosystems
Ability to communicate effectively and persuasively with executive level staff in person and in writing
Command of competitive landscape
Significant command of Online and Mobile metrics
Ability to innovate and transform an industry by applying best practices from within banking industry, plus outside industries
Passion for providing outstanding digital customer experiences and customer service
Desire to work in a fast paced environment where new capabilities and new ways of thinking are emerging on a daily basis
Focus on Client Experience
Ability to build and maintain Internal and External Partnerships with the ability to influence decisions
Apply test and learn principles to rapidly iterate ideas
Demonstrated creative problem solving
Apple Human Interface Guidelines, Android Design Guidelines, Agile/SCRUM development methodology and customer experience management tools such as Tealeaf, Webtrends, Gomez/Keynote and Opinion Lab skills preferred

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
