Customer Account Manager

Alert Solutions is growing in RI, and we are seeking a proactive and energetic individual to add to our team! This candidate will be responsible for providing customers with an exceptional experience throughout all stages of the customer lifecycle - onboarding, implementation, maintenance and renewal. You will be the customer's advocate to ensure they have the resources required to successfully install, use and derive benefit from their purchase. o Daily phone call communication and engagement with assigned customer base.
o Build trusted relationships with customers.
o Maintain a full understanding of Alert Solutions product and service offerings.
o Onboard and train new customers on purchased products and services.
o Ensure customers are successful and have a great experience with Alert Solutions.
o Focus on activities that drive customer retention.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
