What you'll doUnder the direction of a District Manager, the General Manager is responsible for the restaurant's daily operations, including, but not limited to:
o Maintain day-to-day financial controls o Create and manage staff schedules o Interview, hire, train and orientate team o Oversee coaching, counseling, and developing staff and managing team relations. o Exercise proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management o Ensure health and safety inspections and standards are met What you can expecto Competitive annual salary (starting at $55,000, Salary based on relevant experience)o Medical, dental, vision, (for employee and family, as well as domestic partner benefits) o Paid Time Off o Performance based quarterly bonuso Trainingo Coaching and mentoring to promote internally What we expect from youo 2 years
RGM experience (high volume food service concepts preferred) o Flexibility to work 48 hours per week, rotating shifts, incl weekends and holidays (Closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas) o Valid DL in good standing & access to private transportation o Consent to background screeningo HS diploma or equivalent o Able to walk and stand for long periods o Able to lift up to 50 pounds o Demonstrated ability to effectively lead and manage your own team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. o Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills, results oriented and customer service focused This job opportunity is with one of our many franchisees.
